Most listings we turn down fail on one of these. Have them ready and yours goes live faster.
- Six clear photos, in daylight. Front, back, both sides, the dashboard and the back seat. Hold the phone steady, keep the whole car in frame — blurry or dark photos are the most common fixable reason we decline. At least 3 are needed to go live.
- A readable RC. Every word and number sharp, nothing cut off at the edges. We verify the registration against government records, so the name and number must match exactly.
- Insurance that hasn't expired. A car with lapsed insurance cannot go live.
- A car in good condition. A person reviews every listing for age, wear, cleanliness and visible damage — renters book what they see in the photos, so an older or worn car is often declined.
- Every detail filled in. Model, year, fuel, seats, your price and where the car is picked up from.
