Cancellation Period and Refund Percentages

Before 24 Hours: Customers who cancel their booking more than 24 hours in advance will receive a refund of 25% of the booking amount.
Between 3 to 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 3 to 24 hours of the scheduled rental time will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the booking amount.
Less Than 3 Hours: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled rental time are not eligible for a refund.
Distinction for Peak Season/Weekend Cancellations
During peak seasons or weekends when demand is high, additional terms or penalties may apply for cancellations. This ensures fairness to both customers and our business during busy periods.
