BaeCars Cancellation Policy – Self Drive Car Rental in Jaipur
At BaeCars, we strive to provide a flexible and transparent self drive car rental experience in Jaipur and across Rajasthan. The refund you receive when you cancel a car rental booking depends on how far ahead of your pickup time you cancel. Your refundable security deposit is always returned in full, separately from the rules below.

| Less than 12 hours before pickup | No refund of the rental fee. Your refundable security deposit is still returned in full. |
| Cancellation by BaeCars | If we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you receive a full refund of everything you paid. |
Security deposit: the refundable security deposit is always returned in full on cancellation, regardless of timing, and is processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. If your trip never starts because the car is not handed over, you receive a full refund of the amount paid.
