| Between 48 and 24 Hours Before Booking Start | If the cancellation request is made between 48 and 24 hours before the booking start date and time, 50% of the rental amount will be deducted. |
| Less Than 24 Hours Before Booking Start | No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start date. |
| Cancellation by BaeCars | We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full or partial refund will be provided based on the situation. |
