Applicable Laws: Governed by the Motor Vehicles Act (MVA), 1988 and other relevant Indian laws.

Platform: Refers to BaeCars’ website and app that connect car owners and renters for self-drive usage.

Vehicle: The rented car as specified in your booking details.

The Lessee leases the Vehicle strictly for personal use. Ownership remains with BaeCars. This lease grants temporary use rights only.

The Vehicle must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Commercial use or transport for hire
• Off-roading, racing, or towing
• Driving under influence or illegal acts

Lease begins from the booking start date and continues till the end date. Full payment must be made in advance through the platform.

Additional charges apply for excess mileage, late return, or damages.

Vehicles are insured for third-party liability. Any damage due to negligence, rash driving, or unlawful activity must be paid by the Lessee.

In case of theft or accident, report within 24 hours and cooperate with investigation or claim filing.

The Lessee is responsible for all traffic violations and challans during the rental period. Confiscation costs due to misuse will be charged to the Lessee.

Vehicle must be returned clean and in the same condition as received. Unauthorized repairs are prohibited. Penalties apply for damages or late returns.

This Agreement is governed by Indian laws and the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
