Host Terms

1.You set your car's permissions

You decide how your car is shared, and you can change any of it at any time.

• Price — your daily, weekly and monthly rates, weekend pricing, and any deals you offer.
• Availability — the dates your car is free, and the days you block.
• Kilometres — how many are included per day, or unlimited.
• Pickup — self-pickup, doorstep delivery, or both, and what you charge for delivery.
• House rules — smoking, pets, interstate trips, and anything else a renter should agree to.
• Included and excluded — the fuel policy, and what your fare does and does not cover.
• Security deposit — the refundable amount held before a trip.

2.Your listing

• Give accurate details and real photos of the car you are listing.
• Keep the registration, insurance and PUC current while the car is listed.
• Tell renters anything they should know about the car.
• You confirm that you own the car, or are authorised to rent it out.

3.Who can drive your car

Only a renter whose identity and driving licence we have verified can book your car. At handover you check the renter's original licence and record a short handover video, so you meet the driver and confirm the documents yourself before the keys change hands.

4.Each trip has its own agreement

Every booking is covered by the Rental Agreement between you and the renter for that trip. It records the condition the car goes out in and comes back in, the kilometres and fuel, and what happens if something goes wrong. BaeCars provides the platform, the payments and the records — the rental itself is between you and your renter.

5.Insurance and your car

BaeCars is a marketplace, not an insurer. Your car stays in your name with your own insurance in place, as it is today. Where BaeCars offers any added protection on a listing, we say so on that listing — it is not automatic.

6.Money

• Renters pay BaeCars. We settle your share to your verified bank account after the trip.
• Commission comes off the fare, never off the security deposit, at the rate that applies to your account.
• When you bring your own customer through "Book for my customer", the commission is lower.
• The deposit belongs to the renter and is returned after the trip when there is nothing to claim.
• You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.

7.Talking to renters

Keep conversations with renters in the in-app chat. It keeps a clear record for both of you if a question comes up later, and it is how our team can help. Please do not move a BaeCars booking off the platform, or ask a renter to pay outside the app.

8.Your account

We may pause or remove a listing, or an account, that breaks these terms or where a renter's safety is at stake. If that happens we will tell you why, and you can put it right where it is fixable.

9.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page tell you which one is current, and continuing to host means the latest version applies.

10.Questions

Reach us any time from Help & support in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur have exclusive jurisdiction.

What you agree to when you list

By listing a car on BaeCars, you confirm the details and photos are accurate, you own the car or are authorised to rent it out, your insurance is in place, and you agree to these Host Terms.
